This charter outlines our public commitment to designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that are ethical, transparent, secure, and accountable — for the benefit of every stakeholder we serve.

• All AI systems operate under human supervision; no critical decision is left entirely to automation.
• Final accountability for AI-driven outcomes lies with designated Blazark personnel — never with the system itself.
• Users have the right to explanation and to human review of any automated decision affecting them.

• We actively prevent, detect, and mitigate bias across datasets, models, and outputs.
• Our AI ethics team regularly audits models for fairness across gender, age, ethnicity, geography, and socio-economic factors.
• Equity, inclusion, and representation are core design principles in every Blazark product.

• Every AI system must be explainable by design — enabling users, partners, and auditors to understand how outcomes are derived.
• Documentation of data sources, model logic, and limitations is mandatory at every stage of the AI lifecycle.
• Users are clearly informed when they are interacting with an AI system.

Blazark collects and processes data responsibly under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and GDPR.

• All personal data is encrypted, minimized, and anonymized wherever possible.
• We do not sell user data or use it for unconsented profiling or secondary purposes.

• Multi-layered security controls: access management, encryption, monitoring, and periodic penetration testing.
• Regular robustness testing to resist manipulation, data poisoning, or adversarial attacks.
• Incident response procedures ensure prompt containment, notification, and mitigation of any security issue.

• The Blazark AI Ethics & Governance Committee (AIEC) oversees all AI projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and global frameworks (OECD, EU AI Act, NITI Aayog).
• All AI deployments are classified by risk level and undergo proportional governance (from peer review to ethics board approval).
• We review and publish updates to our Responsible AI Policy annually.

• AI contributes to societal well-being — advancing healthcare, education, justice, and sustainability goals.
• We monitor model energy footprint and favor efficient, low-impact architectures wherever possible.
